NEW research from the University of South Australia confirms eggs don’t raise bad cholesterol when part of a low saturated fat diet. The world-first study found that eating two eggs daily can even reduce LDL cholesterol and lower heart disease risk. Researchers showed saturated fat, not dietary cholesterol from eggs, is the real concern.
